🔧 Services You Will Be Promoting
General and deep cleaning services (residential & commercial)
Maintenance services (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Annual contracts for facilities management
📋 Key Responsibilities
Source and approach potential clients (offices, buildings, villas, construction sites, etc.)
Build strong client relationships and understand their service needs
Schedule and coordinate site visits with our operations team
Submit quotations and follow up on approvals
Close deals and ensure client satisfaction
💸 Earnings
100% commission-based
Attractive commission on each closed deal or signed contract
Bonus for hitting targets or bringing long-term clients
✅ Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in sales or client-facing roles (preferably in cleaning or maintenance industry)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
Existing network in real estate or facilities management is a plus
